TEena: First Sat 2008

Feeling happy today. Cos went to see the TPY hdb hub, we went to take a look at the exhibition that is on for Yishun BTO houses. Perhaps is the HAPPY tot that one day i will have my OWN house. :) i wish to have one... soon.. if can. So that i can have one room for my Tongtongs! hehee.. My mini toys gallery! Chris bought breakfast, burger from BK. Gobbled down the nice burger while finding the place. The 3d model of the flats were pretty. Looked at the 3d layout of a unit shown, pretty SMALL....lor, sigh.. wat to do.. nowadays flats are jus SO tiny.

I dun dare to put too much hopes into this time's application. Cos the previous time when we applied for the Bi-mthly of repurchased flats, we managed to get a queue no. but all our hopes crushed when the unit we were eyeing was taken even before it reached our Q-date. :( Sigh.. wat to do.. just no luck. Maybe God telling us.. "it's not your time yet". Fingers crossed this time. We didnt have much time to look through all the showflats of different layouts cos we are meeting Chris's colleagues to another colleague's of his House warming. So we left the place around 10.30am and took the train down to Aljunie.

He cries whenever his dad moves away to open the door. Cry until very Ke Lian like that... wahahaha but very fast he recovers when Francis returns. He also doesn't allow his dad to put him down on the floor. Wahaha perhaps is because he is not familiar with all the people ard yet.

Daxter and Darren are actually jus 3 mths apart
but Daxter looks so much smaller in size.

these two babies cry so often. They are sort of the attraction for this visit. Wahahaha.. Chris's colleague's house layout is something like 3rd Kaima's hse last time. Jus that his a just slightly smaller compared to Kaima's. Also around the same area there. It's consider big compared to the houses now. Very windy when the front door is open. :) but also.. more dirt come into the house, complained Francis. Wahahaha... Kaima's hse is SO BIG.. i remembered. The kitchen is a through one which has 2 enterance on both ends, i remember i always run around if whoever is playing catching with me there. The rooms are big too.. heard my dad mentioning that it's about 135sqm!!! WOW! where to find these kind of space nowadays u tell me..

We went to Tampines IKEA after the house warming. First time there.. ok.. im SUA-KU i admit. Hehee... Shuttle bus service to the place.. VEry good :) The place has got 3 HYPERmarts. IKEA/COURTS/GIANT. Can shop for Furnitures, Electrical Stuff and Groceries at ONE GO... ok lah.. more possible if you DRIVE there. Wahahhaaha...
